1. Neutral Venue: We and our website act as a neutral venue where two parties can meet and enter into agreements. We are not brokers or agents, we supply a service that is intended for the use of professionals maritime operators such as shippers, shipowners, brokers, charterers, agents, etc... . We are not in any way involved in the actual transactions between our users. Any kind of transfer of money between users is not supported. We have no control over the accuracy of the information supplied by the users in the website. We cannot and will not guarantee the ability of any of our members to full-fill any obligations contracted as a result of participating our website.

2. Listing and repling: You can list and/or reply any legal kind and quantity of maritime cargo, charter or any maritime business listed in our categories free of charges.

3. Membership: Our services are intended for professional maritime operators only and they are the sole responsible for any certificates, licences, subscriptions, permits, registrations or whatsoever other documentation may be needed to operate such activity as required by international, national, and local laws and regulations. We reserve to ourselves the right to terminate the membership of any user for breaking our terms of service or any other reason.

4. Information: This website and all information, services and products, as well as links to other websites, are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Your use of this website is at your own risk. Any information disclosed by users in this website becomes public information. Please exercise caution. You also hereby agree that all the information you submit to this website and its users is true and verifiable. No illegal, immoral or offensive content will be tolerated. We reserve to ourselves the right to edit or remove any communication or information you may post. We will also abide to all requests of information about members, their posts and replies history made by a recognised government authority or agency as per international or local laws. Release: Should you have a dispute with one or more opencargo.biz users, you release opencargo.biz, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

9. Emails: We might, from time to time or according to needs, send you email notifications or alerts regarding our service or an urgent, verified, request from one of our users. We will also forward you all messages posted as replies to your ads or as follow ups. The "Forward this ad" feature is not intended for spamming other pleople but only to send an ad that might be of intrest to someone you know, you are the sole responsible if this will be considered as spam by the receiver, should he make a complaint that we find true, you will be banned. We might also ad some advertisements to the emails.
